Followed by over 23 years as an entrepreneur exploring for major ore bodies and developing significant new port and logistics infrastructure, and new mines.

John Dawkins was previously Treasurer of Australia retiring from politics in 1993. The Honorable John Dawkins AO had a long career in politics from 1974- 1993. After leaving politics John has had an active business career. In 2000 he was made an Officer of the Order of Australia for service to the reform of international trade as foundation Chairman of the Cairns Group, to the reform of the Federal budget, Education and Training, and to the Australian Parliament

Over 20 years experience as both a hands on and strategic People and Culture professional in sectors such as engineering, defence, FMCG, automotive, optical laboratories, pharmacy, retail, manufacturing, communications, IT, telecommunications, finance, non for profit and consultancy organisations. Elaine also has experience as a WHS Manager and holds a Diploma of Management HR/IR, Diploma of Vocational Educational Training and is a certified professional member of the Australian Human Resource Institute.

The board has expanded the Financial team with the appointment of international firm Brigg Macadam as Joint Lead Manager with local South Australian firm Baker Young. Brigg Macadam are specialists in infrastructure funding for emerging markets and have the networks to support the final financing leg of the $200M Port Spencer project.
