Farmer based at Wanilla / Wangarry on the lower Eyre Peninsula. Previous Chairman of the Wanilla Ag Bureau and Chairman of LEDA (Lower Eyre Ag Development).
Farmer based at Streaky Bay on the western Eyre Peninsula. Former Councillor of District Council of Streaky Bay, Member of Eyre Peninsula Water Resources Advisory Committee, Member of Streaky Bay Tourism Committee.

Corporate Career of 27 years with Consolidated Goldfields, BHP, Texasgulf, Atlantic Richfield & Rio Tinto – primary focus on iron ore, coal, copper and industrial minerals. Followed by over 23 years as an entrepreneur exploring for major ore bodies and developing significant new port and logistics infrastructure, and new mines.z
Brian has been involved in grain production for most of his life and brings a wealth of local grain production knowledge. Brian is the Principal of a mixed farming enterprise at White River on the Lower Eyre Peninsula not only producing grain in the local area for many years, but also breeding Dohne Merino sheep for both meat and wool production. Brian brings a wealth of local grain production knowledge to the board and the project.

GREG WALTERS BE(Elec), MSc, MMAS(Strategy), CPEng, EngExec, FIEAust, GAICD
19 years of senior leadership consultancy experience in defence, mining and transmission/distribution systems. His professional history includes roles as a Director on the national board of Engineers Australia; Country Manager India, and State Manager SA for Sinclair Knight Merz; and National Technical Manager at Frazer-Nash engineering consultants. Greg is widely respected across the Australian engineering industry for leading business development and ensuring effective project delivery.
ASHLEY ROFF, FGIA, Master of Laws (LLM) (Hons 2)
Over 25 years of governance and legal experience in agriculture, including as legal counsel and company secretary of ABB Grain Ltd (now Glencore / Viterra), Ausbulk Ltd, Emerald Grain (a Sumitomo subsidiary) and Berri Ltd. Currently, Non-Executive Director of Port Lincoln based Angel Seafood Ltd (ASX: AS1).

ELAINE EHMANN, Dip Management HR/IR, Dip Vocational Educational Training, CAHRI Member Australian HR Institute
Over 20 years experience as both a hands on and strategic People and Culture professional in sectors such as engineering, defence, FMCG, automotive, optical laboratories, pharmacy, retail, manufacturing, communications, IT, telecommunications, finance, non for profit and consultancy organisations. Elaine also has experience as a WHS Manager and holds a Diploma of Management HR/IR, Diploma of Vocational Educational Training and is a certified professional member of the Australian Human Resource Institute.
PENINSULA PORTS PROJECT TEAM
The board has expanded the Financial team with the appointment of international firm Brigg Macadam as Joint Lead Manager with local South Australian firm Baker Young. Brigg Macadam are specialists in infrastructure funding for emerging markets and have the networks to support the final financing leg of the $200M Port Spencer project.
Promanage has successfully delivered small, medium and large scale multi-disciplinary projects across a range of industry sectors in both the public and private sector. Promanage offers a full range of construction, project and program management services spanning the entire project lifecycle. Recent projects include Sundrop Farms, and the Pirate Life Brewery development at Port Adelaide.

McConnell Dowell are leading international builders of waterside and other constructions. Their expertise is being used to design and construct a modern high capacity wharf capable of handling vessels up to 83,000DWT. McConnell Dowell are supported by their engineering design team at Jacobs Engineering. Jacobs is a S&P 500 listed company, and the top ranked marine and port facilities designer in the world. Jacobs has been involved in Peninsula Ports proposed Port Spencer development from inception.
Bardavcol is a South Australian Civil Engineering company which undertakes a wide range of Civil Infrastructure projects. It brings to the project extensive experience in construction of bulk earthworks and pavements including those associated with a number of grain facilities throughout South Australia.

Piper Alderman is arguably Australia’s leading agribusiness legal firm, representing clients in many of the largest agribusiness transactions in rural and regional Australia.
Pacific Maritime has extensive experience in project and asset management, maritime incident investigation and support, maritime compliance, audits, risk assessments, commercial dispute resolution, negotiations, due diligence and business management. PML is providing the maritime expertise to Peninsula Ports, ensuring that the proposal satisfies shipping best practice and compliance with the myriad of nautical and port-related regulation.
